Is it cheaper to buy a whole new blender or just replace that busted blender jar? Until you figure that one out, you might try this: Many detachable blade assemblies screw right onto a mayo jar or a small-mouth Mason jar. Don’t fill it by more than half, though, and as with any regular blender, avoid very hot liquids.
Having tons of opened bags in my own cupboards, I ran across this idea and thought it would benefit everyone! We all buy clothes that come attached to those annoying plastic hangers (i.e. baby clothes!) Here is a super smart trick: Break off the clips for chip and bag clips!
Emily was so delightful to come into our Delafield Portrait studio for her Milwaukee senior pictures. We had a great time with her fashion forward clothes running through downtown Delafield in order to capture just the right look for her beautiful graduation photos. She travelled all the way from Brookfield where she attends Catholic Memorial High School. We think she photographs to look a lot like Megan Fox! Besides being beautiful, she is talented and sweet! Chad and Catherine had a glorious Milwaukee wedding at Villa Terrace on the East Side, followed by a stunningly beautiful, Ralph Lauren Inspired gala at the Grain Exchange in Milwaukee. We were lucky enough to be the photographic artists to capture this beautiful wedding day. Catherine was a stunning bride and Chad and his groomsmen looked fantastic in their fresh, khaki colored wedding attire. The bridesmaids wore navy dresses with oh-so-chic patterned shoes.
David Caruso of Dynamic Events was the event planning master that meticulously managed this fabulous soiree complete with a full lounge area for guests for the cocktail party and an upstairs lounge during the reception. Acme lighting pulled out all of the stops with an amazing lighting showcase including the couple’s own logo shining brightly on the walls and dance floor. In addition to David’s genius styling, the show stoppers of the evening were the bountiful floral arrangements from Dahlia Blooms that were breathtakingly beautiful while being chic and classic! The Cake Lady delivered a multi tiered masterpiece that the guests gobbled up, and the cake was topped with personalized chocolate disks from Indulgence Chocolatiers. Custom stationery was designed by Paper Envy and featured luxurious place cards and menu cards!

We LOVE the weather we have been having as of late and it is perfect to go out and photograph. Kate came in to our Delafield location and was really interested in photographing outside so after a few shots in the studio we headed out into the heat. Her mom was great and suggested we use a friend’s rooftop. It was a little toasty up there but the light was so pretty and the white showcases her red hair perfectly. At Shoot the Moon Photography we are blessed to have many clients that we have photographed for years. We appreciate working with clients long term and love building relationships and watching our clients grow and change over time. Thomas has been being photographed at our Mequon Photography studio just outside of Milwaukee for over 5 years now and watching him grow and mature has been such a treat. Class of 2012 senior season is in full swing at both our Mequon and Delafield photography studios! We’re busy trying to keep up with all your great indoor and outdoor photo sessions and we’ve been shooting, editing and ordering like crazy! We can’t believe how fast the summer is flying by and just want to remind everyone in the Class of 2012 that school is starting soon, which means many yearbook deadlines are fast approaching. Erin and Charlie had an absolutely beautiful day for their Northshore Milwaukee wedding. We started the day off at Tres Jolie Solace salon and spa where the girls got pampered and relaxed for hair and makeup! The boys played games in the backyard while waiting to escort Charlie to the church for his awesome wedding day. The church where the wedding took place was St. Christophers in River Hills and provided a picturesque background for beautiful wedding photography. There was a very touching moment when we un-knowingly placed the family around an area in the garden and found out just later that Charlie’s grandfather’s memorial was right where we positioned the family– he was in all of the photos in spirit!
The Milwaukee Country Club provided an amazing wedding meal and gorgeous area for additional wedding pictures and we were so blessed to have such wonderful families to work with to make this day simply amazing for Erin and Charlie.
