Baby J: Milwaukee Newborn Photography

When photographing for other photographers, it’s always flattering and a little nerve-wracking as you want it to go smoothly. When a highly respected wedding photographer, brought his newborn in today, our shoot was more of a party than our normal relaxing baby photo shoot!

Today’s session with little Baby J (Nickname JD – so cute!) was quite the adventure at our Mequon portrait studio. He arrived at our ready for his big photo shoot snug as a little bug and sleeping like a hibernating bear… From the moment the car carrier straps clicked, he woke up and stayed awake.

We laughed and tried everything to get him to rest but our little wiggle-work determined to be stubborn during our newborn photo session. Mommy, Daddy and I were cracking up as we would get him to sleep and then suddenly his eyes would pop WIDE open. I think he was afraid to miss all of the fun!

Secretly- I think its because his Dad has been known to be both funny, sweet and a little streak of stubborn! Tee hee. I think baby JD will give him a run for his money!

Little Peanut Milwaukee newborn photography

Several years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Jason when I photographed him and his siblings for a super fun session for their parents. A few years later, Jason met Allie– the love of his life and Megan had the pleasure of photographing a fun, Third Ward milwaukee Engagement session.

I’m now excited to be lucky enough to photograph their beautiful little girl. Here she is, only 5 days old and sweet perfection when she came into our Milwaukee Photography studio for her newborn portraits. She slept the entire time through her baby photo session and was utterly perfect! Enjoy your sneak peek!

Big Smooch to Auntie Danielle for helping to arrange this honor of photographing this little peanut!

Shoot the Moon Love: Milwaukee Senior Picture Testimonial

thank you to our Class of 2013 Model, Emily for letting us know about your experience at Shoot the Moon Photography!

want to learn more about becoming a model for STM? learn here: www.stmseniors.com

I just got done with my mini photo shoot for the 2013 models at Shoot The Moon Photography! In all honesty, I had a lot of fun. I have never been in any type of photo shoot before. At first, I was a little nervous, but Angie, my photographer, made me feel really comfortable! She helped me a ton with all of my posing. She knew exactly where I should stand and how to look. I trust Shoot The Moon Photography and hope to see more people from the area get their senior pictures done there! It’s completely worth it and will not be a waste of your time. My first time at a photo shoot will always be remembered. If you are looking for some exquisite photography, STM is the place for you 🙂

Big Brother To Be - Milwaukee Children's Photographer

Mr. N. visited our Mequon photography studio for a fun family photo session with his beautiful mommy and daddy– and baby brother due in March! His fun little personality lit up while we were playing during his fun photo shoot. We chose to shoot in our natural light studio to bring out the sparkle in his brown eyes but also went into the other studio as well for a different look! We can’t wait to meet your new little brother!
