Holiday Portrait Session with Shoot the Mooner Amy!

This past week, our fellow Shoot the Moon photographer Amy came into the studio with her family. She is usually photographing out at our Delafield location so we were excited that we got to see her out in Mequon 🙂 Her little guys came in with the cutest outfits and had such cute personalities.

Milwaukee Senior Photography: Daniel, Class of 2011

Shoot the Moon has been photographing Daniel’s family for some time now and this past week we got to have some one on one time with Daniel. He brought in his guitar to make his senior portraits unique and fun. It was a blast trying out new things outside our Mequon studio. When planning your senior portraits, don’t forget to think about a unique location. The beach always makes a beautiful setting for your images. We encourage you to suggest more unconventional locations as well. If you have a favorite spot to hang out or if you are more of a city person, we love to try different things. I loved Kassie’s mellow attitude and willingness to try anything. We ventured around our field out in back of the Mequon studio and shot some perfect summertime images. If you are wanting a little green in your photos, this is a great location. I personally LOVE how well the green looked with her strawberry colored hair. Thanks for coming in, I had a great time! After the rainy weekend kept us mostly indoors, we welcomed the sun during Megan’s second portrait session. Megan is one of our Class of 2011 senior model representatives and I had a great time getting to know her. We were able to fit a mix of indoor and outdoor looks today. Thanks for coming in Megan! Class of 2011 Senior Model: Andy

We have started wrapping up our model promotion for class of 2011 seniors. We started way back in March when there was snow on the ground and are now having a great time photographing everyone out in the sun. Andy came into the Mequon studio and was willing to let us try out a few new lighting techniques that we’ve learned. Here are a few of my favorites that we came up with 🙂 Thanks to Andy for being such a great sport! Even though our model program is coming to an end, our senior season is just beginning! Ducks and Chicks and Joey!

Joey was a great sport and came in to take a sneak peek at our feathered friends at the studio March 15-23. They will be here for one week only before they are off to their new home. Our Duckling and Chick sessions are available for $95 per child and includesa $50 print credit*.
