We LOVE the weather we have been having as of late and it is perfect to go out and photograph. Kate came in to our Delafield location and was really interested in photographing outside so after a few shots in the studio we headed out into the heat. Her mom was great and suggested we use a friend’s rooftop. It was a little toasty up there but the light was so pretty and the white showcases her red hair perfectly. We had a great time with Paige this past week. She came into our Delafield location which just moved next to Milwaukee Street Traders! It is a great spot with tons of walkable outdoor shooting spots. I love that we could enjoy the weather and have some fun outside. We photographed this little guy back when he was just a baby and now he and his sister came back in to have some fun. He started out a little shy but then gave me a few smiles as soon as we brought in the sheep, a personal favorite 🙂 The clean white backdrop is featured as a part of our STMbasics sessions. This family came in for an evening appointment last week and were a great way to end the work day. Everyone had a great attitude which really shows through in their portraits. I also LOVED how they coordinated themselves. The gray tones look fantastic and give a modern feel to the session. If you are ever wondering how to style a group for a family portrait we always recommend choosing a pattern and then have other individuals pick out colors from that pattern. Have fun with it!
